About
Jamie Farley is the founder and CEO of Saunier Leadership. She started her career journey with a degree in commercial photography. Though she still loves photography, art and creativity she settled in on leadership development to help others with individual or team growth for over 25 years. As an introvert she has often felt like a wallflower. Her mission to draw out potential has challenged her to become seen and heard, the “flower off the wall.” She has led ministry teams, small groups, large corporate events, retreats, classes, workshops and one on one coaching.
Jamie has been married to her fun loving husband since 1999. They have 4 wonderful children, including a new son-in-law. Additional family members include their beloved dog, Cotton and Bobby the cat. Jamie enjoys roller coasters, traveling to new places, casual hikes, and a good burger. She’s currently exploring new hobbies and returning to her camera just for fun.
Developing Saunier Leadership has been in Jamie’s heart for almost a decade. The name Saunier, is a family name, Jamie’s maiden name, derived from French heritage meaning salt worker or salt merchant. Much like a salt worker draws the salt from the earth she wants to draw out potential and leadership within you or your team and help you solve the problems you’re facing.
Having a creative background Jamie makes room for fun collaborations, interactive workshops and leadership lessons that stick. Through this blend of creativity and development Saunier Leadership provides an immersive experiences creating a culture of continuous growth and achievement. At the core of our leadership and coaching business are unwavering values that guide our every endeavor. We believe in authenticity, integrity, trust and collaboration.
